CONSUMER/ CASH FIELD/ SELF-SUBSCRIBER – Any order purchased via check or cash, usually at the resident of the buyer. (Door to Door)
NO EXTENTION ON CODE
CANADIAN – Any orders that are mailed to Canada, usually with a non-commissionable postage fee.

DIRECT MAIL/STUDENT EDUCATOR – Must follow specifications of both direct mail and student/educator
D
DIRECT MAIL – An offer is mailed to the customer and responded by the customer in a favorable way through the mail.
DM
INTERNATIONAL – Any order mailed outside of the USA, usually with a non-commissionable postage fee. (Excluding Canada)

STUDENT/EDUCATOR – Requires School name and graduation year
(Going to a student and/or a teacher/instructor in a place of higher learning.)
SE
SCHOOL/ LIBRARY – Orders sold to and being sent to a public library, school library, corporate library or institution. Any orders sold to and sent to a boy’s home, hospitals, juvenile facilities, etc.
SL
TRADE – Requires a business card; orders bought for and delivered to reception rooms, waiting areas, public placement, in a place of professional business.
TR
CATALOG – Any order purchased from a large catalog selection usually being sent to large facilities (other than hospitals, libraries and schools) generally at or near full basic price and at a very high remit.

INTERNET – Special rates for publications offered over the internet
NT
SCHOOL PLAN/FUNDRAISER – Any orders being sold or bought for chartable organizational fundraisers, association fundraisers, and school fundraisers.
SP
BULK – More than one copy being mailed to the same address. (However, quantity can vary from publisher to publisher, i.e., 5 or more copies/ 10 or more copies.)

GIFT RATE – Orders must be submitted with complete donor name and full address
